Summer Picnic & Honey Bee Trail

Spread your blanket on the luscious lawns of Kensington Meadows as we celebrate the summer & honour the humble honey bee.

Join in our bee activities, chat with our experts & pick up your free trail guide before making your way through the long grass in search of honey bee treasure.

Will you dodge the many enemies along the river path? Will you forage like a worker bee in the shadows of the mighty trees? Will you find honey bee gold & claim a prize worth millions?

1 in every 3 mouthfuls we eat depends upon the pollinating activities of bees. The survival of the planet depends upon them yet they are dying off in huge swathes. Do your bit to save the bees by bringing friends & family along to this educational, entertaining day out.
